require any supplemental forms filing.
The restrictions are mainly the same as for form
1040NR-EZ

Your only U.S. source income was from wages, salaries, tips, taxable refunds of
state and local income taxes, and scholarship or fellowship grants.

The only adjustments to income you can claim are the student loan interest
deduction or the exclusion for scholarship and fellowship grants.

You do not claim any tax credits, except child tax credit for certain taxpayers
(see below).

The only taxes you owe are income tax
But as distinct from form 1040NR-EZ you can claim additional exemption for your
spouse or/and your dependents if you are:

resident of Canada, Mexico, or Korea(South)

U.S. national (an individual who, although not a U.S. citizen, owes his or her
allegiance to the United States. U.S. nationals include American Samoans and
Northern Mariana Islanders who chose to become U.S. nationals instead of U.S.
citizens.)

resident of India and you are student or business apprentice
